LESNA is a Private Enterprise, which has started its activity in the 80-ies, as a regional branch of the well known company “Lesna”” from Slovenj Gradec, Slovenia. N the 90-ies it is transformed into private enterprise and since then is operating in the private sector of Kosova. The main activities of the company are production, trade, building and investments.

In the beginning of 90-ies, “Lesna” mainly was trading Slovenian products as exclusive representative in Kosova. During the period of time before the conflict, in September 1997, “Lesna” has spread its activities from trade into production, by presenting its line of production of Plastic (PVC) doors and windows. After the war, “Lesna” has spread its activities by offering a wide range of products.

In the framework of enterprise “Lesna” are these sectors:

- Production Sector is divided in four main production lines: Production of PVC doors and windows, Production of doors and windows from wood, production of thermo-pan glass and production of the inside and outside (roller) blinders.

- Construction sector is comprised by the projecting office where are produced adequate projects for ideal solution of the requested programs. IN this sector is placed the projection group and the group for implementing projects.

The enterprise belongs to and is managed by Hashim Deshishku, an experienced businessman in private sector. He is professional businessman who has leaded the company from the beginning starting from the time when it was a regional branch of “Lesna” from Slovenia.

Main location of “Lesna” in its beginning where in Podujevë and after the war, the main location of Lesna moved to Pristina at the street “Murat Mehmeti” No.34 and later on moved to the industrial zone of Pristina, where is at the moment. Lesna is located at the main road from Pristina to Fushë Kosova.

“Lesna” develops its programs through the offices in Pristina, Podujeve, Lluzhan, Peje, Ferizaj, Gjilan and Prizren.
